NVR608-32-4KS2 cannot play video

I have NVR608-32-4KS2 with RAID5, updated firmware from 3.216 180831 to 191217.
After that cannot play footage or downloaded with zero lenght. No play in web, dss client, smartpss. Can download one file of 10MB after aprox 100 time trying.
Cannot update to v4 firmware (error).
What is solution, i need footage, file los is not option.
If i do factory reset are footage losted.

did you try to downgrade fw?
after factory defaults, records will not to delete, but raid5 can be destroyed.

No, can i downgrade without danger, but i need do go to v4 to end.

If i do factory reset without HDD-s, and import config backup of NVR, then connect HDD-s, what is with RAID.

Dahuas support answer:
The raid information is stored in the hard disk. No need to reconfigure, you can move HDD first

Just try it.

can i downgrade without danger

danger already exist: you has flashed NVR to latest V3.
try to unplug hdds, then downgrade fw, plug it back to same slots of sata and test it.
everything you do is at your own risk.

I do factory reset without HDD-s, then tryed update firmware to v4 200812, update failed (tried web, config tool v4, v5).
Now cannot import camera config, there is error about to much number chanel , then nothing.

if version of fw now is 191217, try to upgrade first to
DH_NVR6XX-4KS2_MultiLang_V4.001.0000001.0.R.200721.BIN
or
DH_NVR6XX-4KS2_MultiLang_V4.001.0000000.1.R.200530.BIN
or
DH_NVR6XX-4KS2_MultiLang_V4.001.0000000.0.R.200430.BIN

I just triel all 3, update failed.

When i try import cam config from usb directly on NVR, file verification error - import failed. Same from original NVR , same from other NVR-s same type.
